Returns
You can
request a return online and completely independently:
1 - First log in to
your account: I https://account.elisapaglia.com
2 - Choose which products to return and indicate the reason for
each product.
The items must be in condition
perfect (unused, unwashed, with internal and external labels
still attached, without repairs and with the relevant payment receipt). Proof of purchase is required for orders placed with a gift receipt, so the refund is not processed using the
same payment method as the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send the items to the following address: Via Isorella 25 00188 Rome at EPA Group and inserting a sheet inside the package with the following data: name, surname, order number, reason for return
and IBAN if the payment method was chosen at the time of purchase
mark.
Returns paid by the customer.
ELISA PAGLIA reserves the right to refuse returns outside of
expected time limit, in case the items are not in the same
conditions in which they were sent and/or do not satisfy the conditions for the
return. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods or proof of return has been provided
The exchange is expected upon communication, no later than 14 days from receipt of the package.
From the moment we receive the return (at the expense of the customer), if he is interested in the exchange, shipping will be free.
The change can only be made once.

Refunds will be made
through the same payment method used when the purchase was made, in a maximum period of 15 days, depending on the bank and the payment method used.
